Contributions to Upton for All of Us are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain, maintain and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor who gives more than $200 in an election cycle. Federal law limits individual contributions to Upton for All of Us to $2,700 per election (primary and general are separate elections). Contributions are prohibited from the treasuries of corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status.
